Carlsberg Pioneers Water Reuse in the Industrial Sector

Danish brewing company, Carlsberg, is leading the way in addressing one of the world’s biggest challenges today – water security. The company opened its water recycling plant near its brewery in Fredericia, Denmark, two years ago and has since then recycled 90% of all water from the production stage, saving approximately a billion litres of water. The plant is an example for the industrial sector across the globe, on how reusing water can help solve water scarcity challenges.
