New Director Announcement – Paul Jeffrey

Water Reuse Europe is delighted to announce the newest member of our Board of Directors, Paul Jeffrey.

Paul is Professor of Water Management at Cranfield University (UK). Paul has over 20 years’ experience in water recycling, delivering research and consultancy across the commercial and public sectors. He is an experienced senior researcher and educator with interests in the social and governance dimensions of resource management as well as in innovation processes. Paul has a substantial track record of collaborative working with industry; bringing innovation and thought leadership to bear to solve business and engineering challenges. He has led large consortium projects on water reuse, integrated water management, and resilient water systems, making important contributions on public attitudes to recycling. He also has wider interests in the relationships between human, natural, and technological systems, particularly as they relate to issues of resource efficiency and social justice. Paul has contributed over 100 journal and conference publications in fields as diverse as water resources management, science and society, technology assessment, and complex systems. ​
