Water Reuse Europe’s Second Knowledge Exchange Day will take place in Brussels, Belgium on 21 October 2025.

DELEGATE FEES:

• Non-WRE member: 200€ per person.
• WRE member: Free for up to 3 pers. per member company / institution.
  • Free places for WRE members will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Once the 3 free spaces have been allocated, the standard fee of 200€ will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations should be sent by email to Kristell Le Corre Pidou at: secretariat@water-reuse-europe.org
• For cancellations before the 19th September 2025, a full refund minus an administrative fee of 50€ will apply.
• For cancellations received after the 19th September 2025, no refund will be possible.
• Please note that refunds will be processed after the event.
